About the role

Are you looking to kickstart your career in customer service and logistics? We're hiring Logistics Account RPO - Without Experience to join our growing team at FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION') in Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and build a rewarding career in the logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Assisting with the processing of orders and shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery
  3. Collaborating with the logistics team to optimise operations and identify opportunities for improvement
  4. Maintaining detailed records and generating reports as required
  5. Contributing to the overall success of the logistics department and the company

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  2. Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes
  3. Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  5. A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
  6. No prior experience required, as we provide comprehensive training and support
