JOB SUMMARY: The Accounting Analyst (Admin) performs a wide variety of accounting and administrative tasks to support the Finance and Accounting Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Vouching of documents for BIR compliance (Sales & Expenses Invoices)
  • Inventory and monitoring of accounting/BIR documents (Sales Invoices and Collection Receipts per branch)
  • Monitoring of company BIR & SEC administrative compliances (e.g. Tax Clearance, General Information Sheet)
  • Compilation and submission of bank requirements for account opening, updates, and other changes necessary
  • Compilation and submission of client verification requirements as requested by sales business channels
  • Check monitoring/Custodianship
  • Accounting documents filing and monitoring
  • Monitoring of monthly and annual store government compliances
  • Finance and accounting department purchase requisitions (Supplies, etc.)
  • Monitoring accounting memoranda and standard operating procedure updates
  • Assistance in bookkeeping & reconciliation
  • Other Finance and Accounting correspondences

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
  • Very strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills and can converse confidently with clients and business partners
  • Can report on-site 5 days/week to Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City
