The Inventory Analyst keeps track of the goods and supplies in the store and its stockroom. IA manages orders to ensure that the store has sufficient stocks to meet demand.

Job Functions:

  • Ensure timely and accurate encoding of inventory transactions in SAP
  • Responsible for the daily cycle count, month-end, and year-end wall-to-wall count.
  • Conduct daily and monthly inventory reconciliation. Prepare the corrective and preventive actions to prevent a recurrence.
  • Responsible for the condition of both inventory and physical stockroom; inventory should be well organized with a stock location plan.
  • Ensure that WLL stocks are stored in the right temperature and location to avoid cross-contamination.
  • Ensure proper tagging of stocks for FEFO/FIFO implementation and control of near expiry.
  • Establish the par stock parameter to ensure availability of materials at the minimum inventory cost
  • Reorder of stock replenishment to prevent over and under stocks.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology
  • At least 1-year of experience in the inventory control and warehousing functions
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and in SAP.
  • Deep understanding of operations and logistics.
  • Highly interpersonal, accurate, and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan work and meet deadlines
  • Written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
