Claims and Renewal Assistant

- Process and monitor insurance claims from submission to resolution.
- Coordinate and track policy renewals to prevent coverage lapses.
- Maintain accurate membership records, including handling inclusions, deletions, and amendments.
- Assist with LOA requests, coverage inquiries, and emergency/admission assistance.
- Provide timely updates and communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance provider requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to claims, renewals, and membership activities.
Qualifications
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
