  • Provide timely updates and communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance provider requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to claims, renewals, and membership activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or any related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
