Job Description

As a Client Renewals Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end renewal process for small- to mid-sized accounts, ensuring accuracy, client satisfaction, and retention. You'll maintain renewal pipelines, minimize churn, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer success experiences.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3 years of B2B SaaS renewals experience in a similar role (customer success, account management, SDR, BDR, or related).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in driving renewals with predictability and delivering against targeted gross retention rates.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing clients with
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while helping build and roll out sustainable processes.
  • Proactive problem-solver focused on exceeding client expectations.
  • Skilled in responding to questions aligned to frameworks for approval exceptions.
  • Ability to provide renewals administration support to Renewals Managers.
  • Ensures timely closure of renewals.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for account sizes smaller than $100K ARR primarily through written communication.
  • Report to Manager, Global Renewals, with focus on customer retention and uplift.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and renewal statuses.
  • Provide regular reports on renewal pipeline, risks, and opportunities.
  • Execute strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn through defined processes.
  • Work with Installed Based leadership, Finance, Legal & Order Management to ensure contract accuracy.
  • Verify contracts, review terms and conditions, and ensure data integrity of all quotes.
