*Proven experience with the construction and integration of outdoor telecommunications cabinet or similar hardened enclosures

*Demonstable experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships

*Civil work standard (concrete forming, pouring, grounding)*Local utility power coordination and delivery

*Fiber optic cabling, spliing(fusion), termination, and testing (OTDR, Power meter, ILM, Data, Voice, IPTV alarm testing)

*Understanding of OLT, splitter, and patch panel functionality inside a cabinet

*Review and validate all project documentation, construction permits, engineered site plans, splice schematics and utility clearances

*Conduct pre-construction site walks to assess site conditions, identify potential tisks, and verify the feasibility of the planned construction

*Schedule and brief construction crews and subcontractors*Ensure as-builts drawings are updated to reflect any field changes.
