Job description:

We are looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Supervisor to support the immediate superior/manager in implementing activities related to new product development and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic injection processes and experience leading NPD projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
  • With proven supervisory experience in New Product Development
  • Strong background in plastic injection molding and related manufacturing processes
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodology
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Must be physically fit
