Traffic Supervisor

The Traffic Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all on-site traffic management operations to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, equipment, and personnel within and around the construction site. This role ensures compliance with local traffic regulations and project safety standards while minimizing disruptions to site activities and the surrounding public. The Traffic Supervisor works closely with site logistics, safety, and engineering teams to implement traffic control plans and supervise traffic marshals or flaggers.

Education & Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational certificate required; a degree or diploma in construction, civil engineering, logistics, or safety is a plus.
• Traffic Management Certification or training from a recognized body is required.
• First Aid and Basic Safety Training (e.g., BOSH/COSH or equivalent) are preferred.

B. Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in traffic management or site logistics within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Experience working on high-traffic, large-scale, or roadwork projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with local road safety regulations and construction access control practices.
