BASIC PURPOSE/ ROLE

Supervise financial and accounting processes and ensure adherence to company and government reportorial requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Government Compliance:

  • Monitor on-time filing of BIR
  • Monitor on-time submission of PEZA reportorial compliance's
  • On-time provision of permits

Financial Report:

  • Checking of Entries for AP, AR, Journal & Bank Reconciliation
  • Supervise staff for monthly closing of Books

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Daily submission of cash position and on-time submission of budget forecast

Accurate Costing Analysis:

  • Costing analysis per company project

Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

Work Experience:

Atleast 5-years working experience in the related field or working as supervisor

Skills Requirements:

Intuitive decision making; analysis; people management; time management and planning; knowledgeable with reportorial requirements and accounting processes; keen to details; able to operate Quick books; MS office application

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
