□ Job Positions

• Supervise mechanical system installation in industrial facilities (e.g., CPIP)
• Coordinate permit processing with PEZA, BFP, and LGUs
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards
• Prepare documentation for equipment approvals, inspections, and compliance clearances
• Liaise with government officials and internal project teams
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Mechanical construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project.
• Identify, select, and manage subcontractors and suppliers for various construction activities.
• Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful execution of Mechanical construction activities.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to Mechanical works.
• Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, equipment, and materials for Mechanical construction activities.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to Mechanical construction works.
• Collaborate closely with other construction teams (electrical, mechanical, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of Mechanical works with overall project deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates to the client, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Continuously identify and implement innovative construction methodologies and technologies.

□ Qualification and Experience

• Experience of related field.
• Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME)
• Direct experience with CPIP (Calamba Premiere Industrial Park) projects
• Familiarity with PEZA regulations and BFP Fire Safety Compliance procedures
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical construction, preferably within the Industrial factory project.
• Experience with industrial construction projects would be highly advantageous.

• Strong understanding of Mechanical engineering principles, including site preparation, foundation design, and structural engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
