We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic HR Team and help us drive top talents to our company through innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives.

If you are passionate about finding and placing top talents and you know how to reach and engage with candidates on a human level, then this role is for you

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course from a reputable University.
  • At least 1-2 years' extensive experience as a Recruiter preferably in the Beauty and Wellness or Personal Care Industry (a definite advantage)
  • Ability to attract the perfect candidate for each role.
  • Candidate must be personable and can interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional ability to screen and interview candidates.
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of corporate accounts
  • Coordinates with Hiring Managers regarding status of hires.
  • Suggests recruitment trends to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and to the Director for Human Resources, to further improve the recruitment process, candidate experience, and quality of hires.
  • Help promote our company's brand with recruitment initiatives

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Office Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with Saturday (Half-day schedule)
