We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Acquisition Marketing to lead customer acquisition across all digital and affiliate channels for the Philippines market. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in online gambling across Asia, deep familiarity with both regulated and unregulated marketing environments, and an expert understanding of what drives high-quality traffic, efficient conversion, and scalable growth.

This is a senior strategic role requiring both hands-on execution and team leadership to drive user acquisition in a competitive and compliance-sensitive market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the full acquisition strategy for the Philippines market including paid media, affiliate marketing, SEO, social, influencer, programmatic, and offline partnerships.
  • Lead a team of acquisition and affiliate managers to deliver against aggressive growth targets.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel budgets for maximum ROI, player value, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and scale a high-converting funnel, from lead generation to FTD and beyond.
  • Maintain strict alignment with regulations, ensuring all acquisition practices meet local marketing, advertising, and targeting guidelines.
  • Develop a robust affiliate and partnership network, especially among high-value referrers and media owners in Asia.
  • Leverage tools and data (Google Analytics, tracking platforms, BI dashboards) to analyze performance and guide decisions.
  • Localize campaigns to match player behavior, device usage, payment preferences, and cultural nuances in the Filipino market.
  • Coordinate closely with Product, CRM, BI, and Compliance to align acquisition with lifecycle marketing, promotions, and tech stack evolution.

The Successful Candidate:

  • 10+ years of acquisition marketing experience in online gambling, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the Asian online gambling landscape, including player behavior, market trends, media buying practices, and local nuances.
  • Proven success in both regulated and unregulated/grey market acquisition channels.
  • Strong network of affiliate partners, ad networks, influencers, and publishers in Asia.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and acquisition P&Ls.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, TUNE/Impact, affiliate dashboards, and tracking & attribution platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and fluency in metrics like CPA, ARPU, ROI, FTDs, and LTV.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work across marketing, legal, product, and finance.
  • Experience launching brands or products in new Asian markets.
  • Familiarity with crypto-friendly or alternative payment models in emerging markets.
  • Exposure to SEO, ASO, or organic acquisition in parallel to paid channels.
