A leading professional services firm is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition.

About the Role:

The Recruitment Director will play a vital role in establishing and scaling the organization's offshore operations in the Philippines. This position oversees end-to-end recruitment for both Technology Consulting and broader shared services functions. The role is responsible for acquiring top-tier talent to support global service delivery and will work closely with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies for both technology and non-technology roles within the offshore unit, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives targeting both active and passive candidates across a diverse range of functions.
  • Strengthen the employer brand to build a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning efforts for global delivery and consulting operations.
  • Build a strong talent network by establishing connections with industry leaders, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Offer market insights and recruitment best practices to hiring managers, including data on compensation trends and talent availability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates across functions.
  • Conduct training sessions for recruiters and hiring managers to improve sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
  • Use recruitment analytics to optimize key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on recruitment performance, trends, and talent acquisition progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • At least 10 years of recruitment experience, with years in a leadership role, preferably within the technology or business services industries.
  • Deep knowledge of both tech and non-tech talent markets, with a strong professional network.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment functions and leading recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of global talent markets and international sourcing strategies.
