About the Hiring Company:

The Director of IT oversees all technology operations for the online gaming business. This includes setting the technology strategy, leading engineering and infrastructure teams, and ensuring that systems are scalable, secure, and compliant. The role requires close collaboration with Product and Compliance to deliver a high-performing and innovative gaming platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the overall technology vision and roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor engineering, DevOps, and QA teams.
  • Ensure infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive modernization initiatives such as cloud migration and microservices.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage technical vendors and third-party integrations.
  • Partner with Product Management to deliver timely, high-quality releases.
  • Build and maintain a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

The Successful Candidate:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership.
  • At least 5+ years in iGaming
  • Strong knowledge of iGaming platforms, game integrations, payment and KYC systems, and Asian regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading engineering and DevOps teams.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong background in microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiar with agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and modern monitoring tools.
  • You are a strategic yet hands-on technology leader who can balance innovation, compliance, and performance. You have a strong track record of managing complex systems and teams, driving digital transformation, and delivering reliable, secure, and scalable platforms.
