QUALIFICATIONS:
- Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, College Undergraduate, Bachelor's Degree/ College Graduate
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook OneDrive, etc.) or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to be assigned in South Caloocan City
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure all activities are completed on time and within scope.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date document control for project documentation, including drawings, specifications, manuals, and other technical materials
- Planning, creating, and maintaining project timelines. Track progress, coordinate with architects, engineers, or managers and ensure activities follow the schedule.
- Support document controllers by providing schedule-related references when needed.
- Conducts site visits occasionally to check quality and authenticity of data/documents being used and required for the project.
- Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time.
