Internal Job Title: Global Workday VNDLY Coordinator - Pay and Benefits

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM / 3PM to 11PM Manila time,

Employment type: Fixed-term [12 months]

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 24,000 to Php 30,000 to apply.

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Workday VNDLY Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and coordinating global contingent workforce processes within the Workday and VNDLY platforms.

What will you do as a Global Workday VNDLY Coordinator?

Reporting to the Pay & Benefits Process and Administration Manager, your accountabilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining accurate contingent worker data and workflows in Workday and VNDLY.
• Coordinating onboarding, extensions, and offboarding activities for global contingent workers.
• Supporting compliance by ensuring documentation, approvals, and processes are completed correctly and on time.
• Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance on system use and process requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency across global operations.

• Solid understanding of HR systems and workflows.

Desirable:

• Experience with Workday and/or VNDLY.
• Previous exposure to contingent workforce management.
• Experience working in a global or shared-services environment.
