Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandising and Brand Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and promoting the brand identity through effective merchandising strategies. Your work will help create an engaging and cohesive brand experience for clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development & Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of the brand strategy to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Merchandise Management: Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of merchandise and promotional items.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Lead efforts to organize and execute branded marketing campaigns and events that align with the institution's values and mission.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor branding, and customer preferences to optimize merchandising strategies.
  • Partnerships & Sponsorships: Establish relationships with external vendors and suppliers to procure quality merchandise at competitive prices.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor merchandise inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering and minimizing stockouts.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the aesthetic presentation of branded merchandise across school events, retail spaces, and online platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, brand management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual merchandising, and marketing principles.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creativity with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, parents, and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
