Regional Brand Manager The Regional Brand Manager shall oversee the brand planning and development including sales, marketing, product management and distribution in ensuring the attainment of the business objectives of the brand for the region. Duties and Responsibilities Formulate sales plan and targets covering all applicable territories/markets. Formulate annual marketing objectives and plans with monthly targets or status. Prepare marketing budget for internal approval, control effective use of funds and ensure implementation of plans within budget. Communicate with principals for brand directions and updates, brand building support, marketing materials (advertising and action images, product images, press kits, POPs, catalogs), presentation materials, retail guidelines, and communicate the same to partners/distributors. Create, as applicable, brand guidelines, brand presentation, product training presentation and key account presentation for internal and external use of partners/distributors. Monitor implementation of marketing plans of partners/distributors and ensure brand objectives are aligned and guidelines followed. Evaluate and consolidate marketing activities of partners/distributors and prepare monthly and/or quarterly marketing reports to update and preview marketing happenings in the region and present recommendations for marketing opportunities. Manage the preparation, coordination and execution of all internal marketing activities. Brief advertising and PR agencies on marketing plans and activities, budget and timeline and ensure smooth implementation. Provide post-program marketing reports and metrics to analyze ROI. Handle all marketing-related matters and correspondences. Coordinate with all Marketing Executives for monitoring, implementation and evaluation of marketing programs. Conceptualize and prepare marketing materials for partners/distributors and ensure inventory of marketing materials is maintained within budget while meeting promotion timeline. Attend global conferences initiated by principals. Coordinate with merchandising/sourcing team to develop product and purchase plan based on trends, forecasts, new product collections. Communicate, coordinate/negotiated with principals regarding product updates, new collections, product support materials, samples, orders, FOB prices, MOQs, discounts and claims. Set transfer prices for partners/distributors in coordination with merchandising/sourcing team. Ensure timely delivery, payment and quality of goods as committed to partners/distributors. Manage client complaints on products and take appropriate actions to ensure client satisfaction. Create and provide merchandising tools to partners/distributors such as reports, trends and analysis materials. Conduct regional visits to partners/distributors at least twice a year for performance review, brand and product training, plans and updates, marketing strategy, market visit. Assist in the preparation of regional conferences for partners/distributors. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate leader. Review, consolidate and negotiate purchase targets (sales) of partners/distributors. Monitor and evaluate performance of partners/distributors and recommend areas for development. Conduct market research and study the regional landscape in collaboration with principals and partners/distributors. Job Qualifications At least five (5) years of related experience in brand and product management, sales and marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Analytical, innovative and creative. icient in computer office applications. Willing to travel.
