We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Merchandising Manager to lead our product planning, inventory control, and in-store merchandising initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping our merchandising strategy, managing product assortments and pricing, optimizing inventory, fostering vendor relationships, and ensuring consistent brand presentation to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals and reflect market trends.
  • Use sales data and forecasts to inform decisions on inventory levels, product mix, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage inventory to maintain ideal stock levels, avoiding both shortages and excess; ensure timely deliveries through effective supplier coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable pricing, terms, and schedules; evaluate and introduce new products and suppliers as needed.
  • Lead visual merchandising and in-store execution to elevate product displays, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue.
  • Partner with the sales team to meet business targets and continuously refine merchandising approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in merchandising, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Background in luxury retail, fashion, or specialty/department store consignment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in interpreting sales data to develop actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • A creative eye for visual merchandising and optimizing store layouts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid grasp of market trends, consumer behavior, and pricing models.
  • Must be based in Manila or open to relocating to Binondo. Immediate availability and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are highly preferred.
