About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Community Association Manager to handle the day-to-day operations and administration of homeowners associations (HOAs) and residential communities. As the primary liaison between the board of directors, homeowners, vendors, and service providers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and a high level of community satisfaction.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that offers long-term stability, a collaborative virtual work culture, and statutory PH benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for HOA board members and homeowners
  • Prepare and attend board meetings; provide reports, agendas, and minutes
  • Monitor compliance with community governing documents and coordinate enforcement actions
  • Manage maintenance and repair projects in coordination with vendors and contractors
  • Assist with budget management, financial review, and invoice approvals
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests through various channels (phone, email, portals)
  • Oversee work orders, community inspections, and ongoing projects
  • Maintain organized and accurate records, reports, and documentation in the management system

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HOA or community association management
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy; familiarity with property management software (e.g., Vantaca, AppFolio, or similar) is an advantage
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Willing to work US business hours (night shift, PH time)
