Community Specialist (Remote – Start-up AI Company)

We're looking for a Community Specialist to grow and manage our brand's online communities while leading affiliate marketing initiatives. You'll be the face of the brand—building engagement, loyalty, and word-of-mouth growth across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Build, manage, and moderate communities (Discord, Slack, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Launch and manage affiliate/referral programs
  • Spark engagement through polls, challenges, and value-driven content
  • Identify and activate brand advocates
  • Collect and report community feedback to internal teams
  • Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in community management or affiliate marketing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage and grow online communities
  • Experience with referral or ambassador programs
  • Organized, analytical, and results-driven

Bonus if You Have

  • Background in B2B SaaS, AI, or startup environments
  • Basic skills in Canva, Figma, or similar tools
  • Experience with influencer outreach or micro-partnerships

Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000 per month
