The_ Module Assistant_ is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Module Assistant include actively providing support and assistance to their team leader and teammates in organizing and completing daily office needs and tasks. The Module Assistant reports to their designated Team Leader and works closely with their assigned team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending emails.
  • Prints, updates, and files documents as requested.
  • Ensures confidentiality of records, reports, and information which are prepared, maintained, and handled by their team.
  • Organizes, arranges, and schedules internal activities, events, meetings, and travel/transportation requirements of their team.
  • Manages their team's calendar of activities and coordinates schedules.
  • Administers to the daily activities, and all relevant concerns of their team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any associate/vocational or bachelor's degree course
  • Knowledge in office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient with the use of a computer and with MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Capable to handling huge amounts of information
  • Can work with minimal supervision and effectively manage own time
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
