Job Description: Laborer

Position Overview:

The Laborer is responsible for assisting in various construction and site-related tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role involves performing physical labor, supporting skilled workers, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, masons, welders, electricians) as needed.
  • Prepare and clean the worksite, including clearing debris and hazards.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete, sand, or gravel.
  • Follow all safety standards, company policies, and supervisor instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School graduate (preferred but not required).
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
  • With or without related work experience (training can be provided).
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willing to be assigned to various project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php18,070.00 per month
