I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Develop and maintain labor productivity models for various departments, including table games, hotel, food and beverage, and other relevant areas.
  • Collect and clean data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze historical and real-time data to identify labor trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define labor metrics, goals, and targets.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Work closely with the IR team to address labor-related concerns and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in labor analytics.
  • Utilize tools like Excel, Python, or similar languages for data analysis and modelling.

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirement:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or similar languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in labor analytics or workforce management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the industry/sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
