Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement employee engagement, wellness, and CSR programs.
  • Organize recognition and reward initiatives for individuals and teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation logistics for new hires (venue, materials, meals, attendance).
  • Collaborate with key departments for smooth onboarding transitions.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for employee inquiries on engagement, rewards, and welfare activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • With 6 months-1 year of experience in HR (engagement, onboarding, or events coordination preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Creative, proactive, and people-oriented with a passion for building positive workplace culture.
  • Amenable to work in Maginhawa, Quezon City.
  • Can start ASAP.
