Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Global Operations team. This role will manage the full spectrum of HR activities for our global supply network while ensuring seamless coordination with international talent acquisition teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Function Management

  • Salary Coordination: Manage compensation processes and coordinate with payroll teams across multiple regions
  • Contract Administration: Oversee the execution of expert service contracts and company policies
  • Offer Letter Management: Process and release offer letters for new hires, ensuring accuracy of terms, compensation packages, and timely delivery to candidates
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive employee records

Global Talent Coordination

  • Recruiter Partnership: Collaborate closely with global talent acquisition specialists to understand hiring needs and candidate pipeline status
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate complex multi-timezone interview schedules for international candidates, ensuring optimal scheduling for all stakeholders
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and facilitating smooth communication
  • Onboarding Coordination: Support the new hires to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new supply chain team members

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Co-Founder

Required QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in operations or supply chain environments
  • 2+ years of experience in international/global HR functions
