We're a fully remote, global team spanning the U.S., Europe, the Philippines, and China. Our culture blends creativity and structure — fast-moving like a startup, but human at the core. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive, people-focused HR & Internship Program Coordinator to help us strengthen the systems, culture, and connections that make Ever Lasting special.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to build and lead both HR operations and the internship program at a growing creative e-commerce brand.
You'll shape the full employee and intern experience — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, growth, and offboarding.
You'll work closely with the Founder and HR Lead to establish scalable systems, improve cross-team communication, and make sure every member of Ever Lasting — from interns to senior leads — feels supported, challenged, and inspired.
What You'll Do
HR & People Operations
- Build and document foundational HR systems, policies, and workflows.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for full-time roles, contractors, and interns.
- Oversee onboarding, contracts, compliance, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR databases, performance documentation, and personnel records.
- Support compensation reviews, org design, and workforce planning.
- Ensure all internal communication, HR files, and policies reflect Ever Lasting's tone and values.
Internship Program Management
- Lead daily operations of Ever Lasting's international internship program.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, accountability systems, and feedback cycles.
- Support department leads in mentorship, performance evaluations, and goal tracking.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing intern engagement, achievements, and improvement areas.
- Manage alumni tracking, extensions, and potential conversion to long-term roles.
- Design learning pathways and reflection forms that help interns grow both personally and professionally.
Culture & Engagement
- Plan and facilitate remote team-building activities and virtual events.
- Champion Ever Lasting's culture of transparency, empathy, and creative excellence.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for wellbeing and workplace concerns.
- Design initiatives that enhance belonging, recognition, and long-term engagement.
- Contribute ideas to make Ever Lasting a place where creativity and structure coexist.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of HR, recruitment, or internship program experience (preferably in startups or creative industries).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Notion, HRIS, etc.).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Basic knowledge of global HR compliance (U.S., PH, EU) or eagerness to learn.
- Bonus: HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or local equivalent).

Compensation Example:
Philippines (preferred)₱30,000 – ₱55,000 depending on experience.
