Job Title: Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Supporting a billing account. Must have prior experience handling billing-related concerns, be at least college level, and must be willing to work on-site at our Cebu office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account statements.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns while maintaining high service quality.
  • Explain financial transactions, fees, and charges in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least college level (completed at least 2 years in college preferred).
  • Experience in billing is required (minimum of 1 year experience is preferred).
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems.
  • Willing to work on-site at our Cebu office.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
