We are seeking 100 talented Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This is a full-time role providing top-quality customer service to our banking clients. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively

  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to quickly resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and verbal
  5. A positive, patient, and resilient attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
