About the role

You will be the voice of our company, providing friendly and efficient support to address customer queries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  6. Willingness to work in a shift-based system, including weekends and public holidays
