The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO. as a WAVE 3 CSR - (Virtual Process/No Final Interview). In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients through inbound and outbound calls from the comfort of your home in Central Cebu City Cebu.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  4. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services
  5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve customer experience
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  5. Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
  6. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
