Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of the office admin and human resources strategies and policies in line with overall organizational goals and strategy.
  • Implement and support plans that will improve the conditions of employment and employee benefits.
  • Ensures that company's policies are in compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course with 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience in admin, personnel and human resources.
  • Computer literate using MS Office and other basic software.
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-starter, highly motivated, results-driven and must be able to handle pressure at all times with absolute professionalism.
  • Able to handle multi-tasking jobs with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent in both oral and written communication skills.
  • ISO 9001 background will be an advantage.
