Luminate Consulting Services is a US-focused consulting firm helping founders and growth-stage companies build strong go-to-market strategies and predictable revenue. We're looking for a part-time Marketing & Content Specialist who can turn executive insights into compelling content for a US B2B audience.
Role Overview:
You will own the creation and management of our content across social media, thought leadership, and webinars. You'll work closely with the Founder to interview, extract insights, and translate them into high-quality content that supports credibility, demand, and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that content should support sales, not just engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content via LinkedIn
- Turn executive interviews into:
- Short-form social posts and visual content
- Thought leadership blogs/articles
- Webinar outlines and promotional assets
- Create or coordinate basic graphics (Canva or similar tools)
- Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with US B2B audiences
- Proactively suggest content ideas and manage a simple content calendar
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and spoken English (near-native)
- Familiarity with the US market, especially B2B, consulting, SaaS, or professional services
- Experience creating and managing social media content using LinkedIn
- Experience with tools like Canva to create graphics
- Experience building webinar content leveraging PowerPoint
- Understanding of sales, revenue, and go-to-market concepts
- Comfortable interviewing senior leaders and synthesizing complex ideas
- Ability to work during US business hours (partial overlap required)
