Londontown Inc. is a dynamic and customer-centric nail and personal care company committed to delivering exceptional products/services and fostering positive customer experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and upbeat Client Success Partner/Chat Support with an approachable and empathetic personality to join our team.

Full-time opportunity

Working hours: Shift rotation every 3 months, from 7am to 4pm, 9am to 6pm or 11 to 8pm US EST time Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, returns, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms such Okendo.
• Collaborate and share learnings with the Team.

Qualifications:


• Must have a stable work history.


• Call center experience required, experience working overnight shifts or 3rd shifts would be preferred.


• 3-5 years of customer service experience.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to handle a high volume of emails and calls professionally and efficiently.


• Positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving.


• Keen attention to detail.


• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.


• Gorgias, Shopify and Okendo experience is a plus.


• Experience working for a US/European brands is required.
