About the role

Join the dynamic team at BEAUTY FOR U INT OPC' as a Beauty Advisor. In this full-time role based in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to help our clients look and feel their best. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in achieving the company's strategic objectives and contributing to the continued growth of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product range and provide personalised recommendations
  3. Assist customers with product selection, application, and purchase decisions
  4. Maintain excellent product knowledge through ongoing training and research
  5. Support visual merchandising and store presentation to create an inviting shopping experience
  6. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  7. Contribute to a positive team culture and provide excellent customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  2. Strong product knowledge and a passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
  4. A keen eye for detail and an ability to maintain high standards of presentation and organisation
  5. A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  6. Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings and weekends
