As our Executive Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps everything together. You'll help streamline the day-to-day, manage critical tasks with government offices, keep finances in check, and ensure the leadership team can focus on driving growth. This is not your typical EA role. It's a chance to be part of the core team of a beauty brand that's making waves.

What You'll Do

  • Be the right hand: Handle calls, emails, schedules, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Make things happen: Liaise with government agencies (BIR, SEC, DTI, City Hall, BFP) for permits and registrations.
  • Keep us on track: Support with bookkeeping, petty cash, reimbursements, and payments.
  • Run the show: Manage errands, vendor coordination, and logistics for smooth daily operations.
  • Keep it fresh: Support launches, pop-ups, and beauty campaigns with behind-the-scenes assistance.
  • Wear many hats: From paperwork to problem-solving, you'll be trusted to handle it all with grace.

Who You Are

  • A graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Office Administration, or related field (but we care more about attitude than fancy degrees).
  • Organized, proactive, and not afraid to figure things out—even when there's no manual.
  • Comfortable dealing with government offices and official processes.
  • Skilled in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and basic bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communicator in both English and Filipino.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet when handling sensitive matters.
  • Flexible—whether it's an office task, an errand, or a project fire drill, you're game.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in start-ups, retail, or beauty industry.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting tools.
  • A driver's license for mobility.
