Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital platforms—from social media to web, packaging, and campaigns. This is a perfect role for someone who's excited to apply fresh creative ideas in the beauty and fashion e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets for e-commerce (website banners, product pages, email campaigns, digital ads).
  • Develop social media creatives (Instagram posts, TikTok graphics, reels templates, stories, etc.).
  • Assist in branding and packaging design for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create visuals that align with brand strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty, fashion, and digital design trends, bringing fresh ideas to campaigns.
  • Help conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our beauty community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. (Fresh graduates from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, Ateneo Fine Arts, UP Diliman CFA, or similar programs are encouraged to apply.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work in branding, digital media, or fashion/beauty.
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce trends.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt to feedback.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UI/UX basics, Shopify, or Canva.
  • Photography or video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and meme culture in design.
