Client Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, meeting project requirements within the specified time, scope and budget. This role involves effective communication, project coordination, managing client expectations and overseeing project delivery to align with client need and organizational objectives.

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the architectural design and construction industry, preferably in project management, client coordination or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing architectural projects and successfully meeting client expectations.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with clients, ensuring their need and expectations are met.
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budget. - Completed one house design project or condominium fit-out on their own.
  • Understanding of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management. - Completed one house project or condominium fit-out on their own.
  • Proficiency in identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as resolving conflicts and challenges effectively. - Completed one house project or condominium fit-out on their own.
  • Familiarity with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup. - Accomplish working drawings (Contract Documents) of a house design project of their own.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage contracts. - Completed one house design project or condominium fit-out on their own.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
