About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Expediters to join our team at MHI Power Technical Services Corporation in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Collect vendor's progress & documents submission (progress report, drawings, quality documents & shipping documents).
  • Analyze contract delivery date, drawing issuance as per schedule, inspection planned date, etc.
  • Maintain control sheet and system ensuring that any changes affecting the schedule are promptly updated.
  • Conform to Quality Management System.

What we're looking for

  • A graduate of any business-related course; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, carriers, and buyers
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and industry best practices
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be willing to undergo the hiring process and work on-site in Mandaluyong
