ASSOCIATE, CUSTOMER SERVICE (PROJECT MANAGEMENT)

Responsibilities


• Manage time-sensitive and confidential regulatory compliance and capital market projects


• Work closely with customers to ensure smooth execution and successful completion of projects


• Able to accurately interpret customer requirements then pass instructions to the relevant internal departments


• Deliver quality customer service and provide solutions to customer queries in a timely and precise manner

Qualifications


• Degree holders preferred, however non-degree holders will also be considered


• Willing to work in shifts, overtime, and during weekends/public holidays


• Experience in customer service is preferred or has a strong customer-first mindset


• Must be able to effectively communicate well in English both in oral and written


• Prioritization, initiative, and problem-solving skills


• Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented


• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other PC software tools


• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing timelines
