Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Influencer / Marketing Manager to lead our influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in influencer partnerships and marketing strategies, preferably within the skincare or health and wellness industries. In this role, you will manage collaborations, negotiate deals, and craft strategies that expand our brand presence while fostering genuine community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers who reflect our brand values and connect with our target audience.
  • Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Oversee campaign execution from planning to reporting, ensuring maximum reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer efforts into larger brand campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure continuous growth.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and skincare/wellness conversations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.
  • Familiarity with skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented.
