  • Identify and recruit influencers that align with our brand values, target audience, and campaign goals. Preferably influencers who are knowledgea
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers, ensuring clear expectations and timelines.
  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
  • Maintain influencer relationships to foster long-term collaborations and brand advocacy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, PR, product) to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, platform changes, and emerging talent.
  • Manage influencer gifting, seeding, and affiliate programs as needed.
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
  • Proven success in managing influencer campaigns (paid or organic).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable with data tracking, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From Php28,000.00 per month
