DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, recruit, and establish relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
  • Foster regular communication with influencers to ensure successful collaboration and partnership satisfaction.
  • Develop comprehensive influencer collaboration strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with the overall brand marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide feedback and insights on the effectiveness of influencer collaborations.
  • Utilize data insights to optimize influencer strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with influencers.
  • Ensure that influencer collaborations comply with legal and ethical standards

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
