, we believe in the power of influencer marketing to grow our reach and connect with new users and business clients. As part of our Marketing Team, you will play a key role in building partnerships with influencers (KOLs/KOCs) across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers (KOLs, KOCs, creators) on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote Bossjob through short videos or livestreams.
  • Draft collaboration briefs and video scripts for daily promotions and campaigns.
  • Guide influencers in creating engaging content by providing creative direction and inspiration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term partnerships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer content performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support daily social media operations, with a focus on TikTok content.

What we expect from you:

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media operations, with at least 2 years in influencer/KOL marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video content, including influencer collaborations that drive engagement and performance.
  • Experience working with brands, preferably with prior agency experience.
  • Existing influencer or agency connections is a plus.
