Responsibilities

  • Interpret campaign briefs to define KOL strategy, selection criteria, and performance KPIs
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with top-tier KOLs in beauty, home, electronics, and lifestyle
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing to post-campaign performance analysis
  • Advise top KOLs on storytelling, key messages, and visual tone aligned with brand identity
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Mega and Macro KOLs to secure recurring collaborations
  • Track content delivery timelines and ensure alignment with brand goals and quality expectations

Competencies

  • 2–4 years of experience working with Mega/Macro KOLs or celebrity influencers in the PH market
  • Highly proactive and self-managed

: able to take ownership of workload, monitor content quality, and flag issues early with proposed solutions
- Strong portfolio in managing high-budget influencer campaigns with premium brands
- Existing strong network with top KOLs in beauty, electronics, home, and lifestyle categories
- Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building, and aligning KOLs with client strategy
- Proficient in TikTok/Instagram/YouTube ecosystem and campaign performance analysis
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management abilities

  • 100% Salary and allowances for Probation

  • Can you describe a campaign or period when you did this work — including the number of creators who joined, commission rates, and TikTok benefits offered to creators?
  • What do you find most challenging when inviting KOLs to join an MCN and agree to commission sharing?

  • Working time: 9AM – 6PM (7,5 hours/day From Monday to Friday)
