Multimedia Specialist

The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for producing creative, high-quality visual materials that support the company's marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives. This role involves concept creation, photography, videography, editing, and design to ensure engaging and consistent content across all platforms. The Multimedia Specialist will work closely with the Marketing & Social Media Executive and Marketing & Brand Manager to plan and execute content shoots that align with monthly campaigns, offers, and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute photo and video shoots for campaigns, promotional content, and events.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos that align with brand objectives and creative direction.
  • Edit videos, create motion graphics, and design marketing materials such as posters, social media content, and promotional layouts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Social Media Executive to develop visual content ideas for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the Marketing & Brand Manager in executing monthly campaign visuals and ad materials.
  • Ensure all outputs follow the company's brand identity, visual standards, and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with talents, suppliers, or agencies during shoots when needed.
  • Maintain and organize multimedia files, photo/video archives, and project folders.
  • Stay updated on design, photography, and social media trends to continuously enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in multimedia production, photo/video shoots, and digital content creation (experience in travel or lifestyle brands is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) or equivalent tools.
  • Skilled in videography, photography, lighting setup, and camera operation.
  • Strong understanding of composition, editing, and color grading.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and design sense.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet multiple deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with initiative and creativity.
