Job Title: Research and Development Officer

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in BS Chemistry, BS Cosmetic Science, or BS Pharmacy
  • With 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in product formulation (personal care or skincare preferred)

Job Specifications:

  • Assist in the formulation and reformulation of personal care or skincare products
  • Document formulation trials, including observations, revisions, and outcomes, clearly and accurately
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of product goals and quality standards
  • Conduct ingredient research, including efficacy evaluations and coordination with suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze product performance through laboratory tests and consumer feedback
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with suppliers to scout and evaluate new raw materials, including active ingredients, fragrances, and other key components

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
