About the role

The Research and Development (R&D) Staff will support the creation, improvement, and testing of new products and processes. The role involves conducting research, assisting in product formulation, preparing samples, and providing documentation to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in product development, testing, and process improvement.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support new product concepts.
  • Assist in preparing samples and conducting production trials.
  • Work closely with production, quality assurance, marketing, and procurement teams to align product development with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights for innovation.
  • Document findings, formulations, and procedures accurately.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Nutrition, or any related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in R&D or product development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge in food and beverage industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
