HSSE Supervisor

Job Summary:

The HSSE Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, security, and environmental compliance of the site. This role involves conducting inspections, leading incident investigations, coordinating with security teams, and ensuring adherence to environmental regulations. The HSSE Supervisor plays a key role in promoting a culture of safety and sustainability across all site operations.

Job Description:

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory safety standards.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement, and deliver safety training programs for all site personnel.
• Monitor, analyze, and report safety performance metrics such as Lost Time Injuries (LTIs), near misses, and hazard reports.
• Conduct physical and operational risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure coordinated response during incidents.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including waste management, emissions control, and water usage.
• Support and promote sustainability initiatives and programs aimed at reducing environmental impact.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for environmental audits, inspections, and permits.
• Maintain up-to-date HSSE documentation, including policies, procedures, permits, and training records.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly HSSE performance reports to management.
• Stay informed on changes in HSSE-related laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates.
