What You'll Do

You'll assist customers with travel reservations, order tracking, refunds, and replacements, making every interaction smooth and satisfying.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Travel or Reservation account
  • Salesforce experience (required)
  • E-commerce background (minimum 2 years) — familiar with order management, refunds, and replacements
  • Above-average English communication skills
  • Bubbly, confident personality — someone who makes customers feel at ease
  • Willing to work onsite in UPTC

It's a Plus If You've Worked With

  • Instacart, Toys "R" Us, Shopify, or other major e-commerce brands
